To support this commitment, Sci-Lum publishes all articles under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0). Authors retain full copyright of their work. By submitting to Sci-Lum, authors agree to grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute their work under the CC BY 4.0 license. We do not charge any fees for reading or downloading articles. However, to cover the costs associated with editorial workflow, peer review, DOI registration, metadata dissemination, and hosting, Article Processing Charges (APCs) are applied upon acceptance. Sci-Lum is committed to long-term content preservation and guarantees that all published material is archived in durable and interoperable formats.
